| Quantum Build-Tech Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/02/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve 1. To receive, consider and approve the Unaudited-Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2023 pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. 2. To take note of Limited Review Report on the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended on 31st December, 2023. 3. To take note of Statement of Investors Complaints pursuant to Regulation 13(4) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 for the quarter ended on 31st December, 2023. 4. To take note of the Minutes of meeting of Independent Directors meeting held on 12th February, 2024. 5. To take note of the Compliances under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 for the quarter ended on 31st December, 2023. 6.
