Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, ("Listing Regulations"), we wish to inform you that Mr. Akshay Hegde, Company Secretary of the Company has tendered his resignation from the post of Company Secretary and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company. The Company has accepted his resignation and he shall cease to be the Company Secretary w.e.f. close of working hours of March 31, 2022. Consequent to his resignation, Mr. Akshay Hegde also ceases to be Compliance Officer of the Company. We thank him for his valuable contributions to the Company during his tenure and wish him success in his future endeavours.
