Appointment of M/s. CNK & Associates LLP, Practicing Chartered Accountants as statutory auditors of the Company for a period of Five years from the conclusion of the AGM of the FY 2024-25 till the AGM of 2028-29 subject to the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming AGM of the Company. (Refer Annexure VII)
