R Systems International Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on June 18, 2021, inter alia, to transact the following businesses:<BR><BR>- To consider and approve the declaration of interim dividend, if any, for the year 2021.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to R Systems International Limited Code of Conduct for Internal Procedures and to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders framed under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company will be closed for the directors/ officers/ designated persons of the Company from June 12, 2021 until June 21, 2021.
