| With refence to the captioned subject and reference to BSE email dated 19.03.2025 and in our continuation of our earlier announcement regarding resignation of Managing Director Mr. Laxmaiah Konda (DIN: 00573281) and Mrs. Soujanya Konda (DIN: 01263927) effective from 11.03.2025. Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations,2015. This is further submitted that the delay in filing the information to the BSE is non intentional and was caused due to inadvertence. The detailed reply along with all the necessary disclosures required as per the SEBI circular dated July 13 , 2023 and SEBI circular dated November 11,2024 are attached below for your kind refence and perusal. | |
