Pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Inside Trading) Regulation, 2015, and the Company code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading in the securities of the Company, the Trading Window for the Trading in securities of the Company will remain close from 1st April, 2023 till the 48 hours after declaration of the audited financial results for the year ended on 31st March, 2023. Further the date of the Board Meeting for consideration of the audited financial results for the year ended on 31st March, 2023 will be intimated in the due course.
