In compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018, ("PIT Regulations") and as per the Company''s "Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons", the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for Designated Persons and their immediate relatives as defined under the PIT Regulations and the said code, from Thursday, 1st April, 2021 till the expiry of 48 (forty eight) hours after the announcement of audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2021. <BR> <BR> The date of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company inter alia, to approve the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2021 will be intimated in due course.
