In compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018, ("PIT Regulations") and as per the Company''s "Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons", the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for Designated Persons and their immediate relatives as defined under the PIT Regulations and the said code, from Friday, 1st January, 2021 till the expiry of 48 (forty eight) hours after the announcement of un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine-months ended 31st December, 2020. <BR> <BR> The date of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company inter alia, to approve the un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine-months ended 31st December, 2020 will be intimated in due course.<BR> <BR> Kindly take the above information on record and oblige
