| RAGHUVIR SYNTHETICS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 06/02/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve This is to inform you that pursuant to the provisions of the Regulation 29, read with Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Meeting of the Board of Directors of Raghuvir Synthetics Limited will be held on Tuesday, 06TH February, 2024 at 04.00 pm at registered office of the Company situated at M/s. Raghuvir Synthetics Limited, Rakhial Road, Rakhial, Ahmedabad - 380023 inter alia to transact following business: 1) To consider and approve the Standalone Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 31st December, 2023 and to take note of the Limited Review Report to be issued by the Statutory Auditor of the Company; 2) To consider and approve the Consolidated Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 31st December, 2023 and to take note of the Limited Review Report to be issued by the Statutory Auditor of the Company; and 3) Any other business with the permission of the Chair. | |
