With reference to the earlier letter dated September 30, 2020 regarding the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October, 30, 2020 to approve the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone, Consolidated and Segment) of the Company for the third quarter ended September 30, 2020, In this connection, Rain Industries Ltd has now informed BSE that at the aforesaid Board of Directors Meeting scheduled on October, 30, 2020, the Board of Directors will also consider declaration of Interim Dividend on equity shares of the Company for the financial year ending December 31, 2020.
