Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the seventh meeting of Committee of Creditors (COC) of the Company was held on Tuesday, 17th November, 2020 in accordance with the provisions of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.<BR> We wish to further inform you that at the said meeting, the Committee of Creditors (COC) has approved the following -<BR> <BR> - Noting of updated list of creditors <BR> - Considering the interlocutory applications pending for disposal before Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Chandigarh Bench in respect of Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) of Rainbow Denim Limited (Corporate Debtor) and their effect upon passing of liquidation order by Hon'ble NCLT pursuant to section 33(2) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016<BR> <BR> We request you to kindly take note of the same. <BR>
