The Company had made an application under Section 96 of the Companies Act, 2013 to the Registrar of Companies, Chennai seeking its approval for an extension of time for the purpose of holding of the 27th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company for the Financial Year ended 31-03-2021 by 3 months.<BR> <BR> In response thereof, the Registrar of Companies, Chennai (RoC) vide their letter dated 14-09-2021 granted extension of time for the purpose of holding AGM of the Company for the Financial Year ended 31-03-2021, which was due to be held by 30- 09-2021, by a period of 3 months. The approval letter issued by the RoC is enclosed herewith for your reference and records.<BR> <BR> You are requested to take the same on record.<BR>
