Rajnish Retail Limited (formerly known as 'Sheetal Diamonds Limited') will be held on Friday, 19th April, 2024 at the registered office of the Company to transact the following business. 1. To approve IND-AS compliant Standalone Audited Financial Results along with Auditors Limited Review Report for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2024 pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. 2. To approve IND-AS compliant Standalone statement of Assets and Liabilities for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2024. 3.
