Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements for the quarter and financial year ended on 31st March, 2022. 2. Recommendation of dividend, if any, on the equity shares for the financial year ended on 31st March, 2022. With reference to our letter dated 29th March, 2022, the trading window under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 has been closed since 1st April, 2022 till 48 hours after the results are made public on 23rd May, 2022.
