Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 as amended and clarification issued by BSE vide its Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 2, 2019, we wish to inform that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall be closed from April 01, 2021 till 48 hours from the date of declaration of the financial results for the quarter and year ended as on March 31, 2021.
