Pursuant to Regulations 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (''Listing Regulations'') read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III to the Listing Regulations, we wish to inform that Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on 29th day of October 2021 has approved and taken note of the following decision: <BR> 1. Appointment of Ms. Urja Jain as Chief Financial Officer(CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel(KMP) of the company with effect from 29th day of October 2021 as per the provision of section 203 of the Companies Act 2013. <BR> The details required along with brief profile under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI circular No. <BR> CIR/CFD/ CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015 are given in the enclosed Annexure
