Standalone Unaudited Financial Statement along with Limited Review Report of the Company for the quarter and Nine months ended 30th December, 2023. 2. Any other matter with the Permission of the Chairman. As informed vide our letter dated December 29, 2023, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company that was closed for all Designated Persons from January 01, 2024, shall continue to remain closed till completion of 48 hours after the financial results are uploaded online on the portal of the Stock Exchanges. | |
