Sub: Intimation regarding receipt of intimation for loss of share certificate <BR> <BR> Ref: Regulation 39 (3) of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015 <BR> <BR> Pursuant to the said Regulation, Company's Registrar & Share Transfer Agent had received a request for transmission cum issue of duplicate share certificate. <BR> <BR> Duplicate share certificate will be issued upon receipt of complete documents from the shareholder and to<BR> the satisfaction of the Stakeholders Relationship Committee within a period of thirty days from the date of<BR> lodgement.<BR> <BR> The aforesaid intimation is also being hosted on the website of the Company www.ramco.com.<BR>
