As per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time and the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives and Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of the Company. It is hereby informed that in view of finalisation of Audited Financial Results (both Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and the year ended March 31, 2025, the trading window for dealing in the Company''s equity shares by the designated persons and their Immediate Relatives (as defined in the said Code) shall remain closed from April 01, 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of said financial results. The date of the Board Meeting would be intimated in due course.
