Further that, in continuation to Closure of Trading Window announcement dated 31.03.2022 and in accordance to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading), Regulations 2015, the trading window will remain closed from 01st April 2022 to 23rd May 2022 (both days inclusive).
