In continuation to the Outcome of Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company dated 18th January, 2022, we hereby enclose a copy of the postal ballot notice dated 18th January, 2022 ("Postal Ballot Notice"). The Postal Ballot Notice have been sent on 25th January, 2022 in electronic mode to all the shareholders whose names appear in the register of members/ beneficial owners received from the National Securities Depository Limited ('NSDL') and Central Depository Services (India) Limited as on 21st January, 2022 ('Cut-off date'), seeking their approval to the resolutions as set out in the Postal Ballot Notice.
