Please be informed that pursuant to Ramkrishna Forgings Limited - Employee Stock Option Plan 2015 ('ESOP Scheme') the Company has allotted 11,910 Equity Shares to the undermentioned Employee on 2 June, 2023, pursuant to exercise of the Options as per the table mentioned below: Sl.
