| Please be informed that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 20th October 2020, has inter alia approved the <BR> <BR> Appointment of Mr. Lalit Kumar Khetan (DIN: 00533671) as an Additional Director, w.e.f 20th October 2020 who shall hold office up to the date of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company. <BR> <BR> Appointment of Mr. Lalit Kumar Khetan (DIN: 00533671), subject to approval of the members at the General Meeting of the Company, as Wholetime Director (Executive), for a period of 5 years w.e.f 20th October 2020.<BR> <BR> Further as per SEBI Circular no. LIST/COMP/14/2018-19 dated June 20, 2018, it is submitted that Mr. Lalit Kumar Khetan is not debarred from holding the office of director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other such authority.<BR> | |
