Dear Sir/Ma''am, We wish to inform you that in terms of Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by designated persons of the Company and pursuant to SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015, as amended, read with the BSE circular LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 02, 2019, the trading window of the Company for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed with effect from the closure of business hours of Sunday, June 30, 2024, till the expiry of 48 hours from the declaration of unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2024. The date of Board meeting to consider and adopt the unaudited financial results for the said quarter ended June 30, 2024, shall be intimated separately.
