| This is with reference to the regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 as amended, we wish to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on 12th February 2025, had considered and approved the change in the Directorate of the Company i.e. Resignation of Mr. Sunil Sachdeva (DIN: 00012115) from the directorship of the Company. The details required under regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 09/09/2015 with respect to resignation along with resignation letter is given in Annexure-A. The board meeting commenced at 04:30p.m. and concluded at 04:55 p.m. | |
