Pursuant to the provisions of Reg. 30 read with Schedule III of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, The Board of Directors in their meeting held on Thursday, March 20, 2025, had considered and approved the changes in the office of Key Managerial Personnel of the Company:
1. Resignation of Mr. Harish Chhabra from the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) w.e.f. the closure of business hours of March 20, 2025.
2. Appointment of Ms. Sushma as CFO of the Company w.e.f. the opening of business hours of March 21, 2025.
