Pursuant to the provisions of Reg. 30 read with Schedule III of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. The Board of Directors in their meeting held on Thursday, March 20, 2025, had considered and approved the following changes in the office of Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company:
1. Resignation of Mr. Ayush Yadav from the position of Company Secretary and Compliance officer of the Company w.e.f. from the closure of business hours of March 20, 2025.
2. Appointment of Ms. Ashwarya Maheshwari as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. the opening of business hours of March 21, 2025.
