We wish to inform that in terms of Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated Persons of the Company and pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, read with the BSE Circular LIST/COMP/01/2019-20, dated April 02, 2019, the Trading Window of the Company for dealing in securities of the Company for all the Designated Persons, shall remain closed from the closure of business hours of Monday, March 31, 2025, till the expiry of 48 hours after declaration of the Audited financial statements of the Company for the fourth quarter and financial year ending on March 31, 2025.
The date of the Board Meeting for consideration and approval of the audited financial statements of the Company for the fourth quarter and financial year ending on March 31, 2025, will be intimated in due course.
