We wish to inform you that the Register of Members and share transfer books will remain closed from June 13, 2025 to June 19, 2025 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of upcoming AGM. Further, the remote e-voting period for the 31st AGM of Ramsons Projects Limited shall commence from June 16, 2025 at 09:00 AM till June 18, 2025 till 05:00 PM. During this period, shareholders holding shares in physical or Demat form as on the cut-off date i.e. June 12, 2025 may cast there votes in the manner and process as specified in the 31st AGM notice.
