We wish to inform that in terms of Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated Persons of the Company and pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, read with the BSE Circular LIST/COMP/01/2019-20, dated April 02, 2019, the Trading Window of the Company for dealing in securities of the Company for all the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives, shall remain closed from Wednesday, October 01, 2025, till the expiry of 48 hours after declaration of the Standalone Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the second quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2025. The date of the Board meeting to consider and adopt the Standalone Un-Audited Financial Results for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025, shall be intimated separately in due course.
