In pursuance of the Regulation 7(2)(b) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, we are enclosing herewith the disclosures as received to the Company in accordance with the Regulation 7(2)(a) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, from the immediate relative of the designated person/ connected person of the Company as laid down in the said regulations.
