Further, in accordance with Rane''s insider code to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, the ''Trading window'' would remain closed for Promoters, Directors, other connected persons and designated employees of the company from December 31, 2022 to February 11, 2023 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of considering the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine-months ending December 31, 2022. | |
