This is inform that the Board of Directors at their meeting held today, have inter alia, approved the re-appointment of Mr. R Balakrishnan, President as Manager for a further period of 2 years from January 24, 2025 to January 23, 2024 or up to effective date of amalgamation, subject to approval of shareholders through postal ballot.
