Dear Sir, In compliance of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, we hereby inform you that the Trading Window (for sale/purchase and dealing in Company''s Equity Shares) will remain closed from Friday, 1st July, 2022 for all Promoters, Directors and Designated Persons as defined under the Company''s Code of Conduct, to regulate, monitor and report Trading by Insiders. The Trading Window will open 48 hours after the announcement to the Stock Exchange of the Un-Audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2022.
