In pursuance to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and pursuant to the Company''s code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by designated persons and Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 2-4-2019 issued by the BSE Limited, the ''Trading Window'' for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives from Friday, 1st April, 2022 till conclusion of 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Standalone Financial Results for the Quarter and Year ended 31st March, 2022. The date of the Board meeting to consider and approve the Audited Standalone Financial Results for the year ending on 31st March, 2022 will be communicated in due course.
