Pursuant to Reg 33 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015, the BOD of the company in its meeting held on Friday, 16th February, 2024 approved the Financial Results alongwith the Limited Review Report for the Quarter and Nine Months ended 31st December, 2023. The same was duly filed on 16.02.2024 with the exchange but in the Limited Review Report there was a typing error where instead of Rapid Investments Limited it was inadvertently mentioned as Cupid Limited. The error was completely a typing mistake at one place in the report and it had no material effect to the financial statements of the company. The error is now rectified and hence filing a revised financial statement again as directed by the exchange via email dated 26.02.2024.
