| RAPID INVESTMENTS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 20/08/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29(1)(a) & 29(2) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 we would like to inform you that the meeting of Board of Directors which was scheduled to be held on Friday, 16th August, 2024 at 3.00 p.m. but was adjourned as the Unaudited Financial Result was not ready and is now held on Tuesday, 20th August, 2024 at 3.00 p.m. at the Corporate Office of the Company at 107, Turf Estate, Off. Dr. Moses Road, Shakti Mill Lane, Mahalaxmi, Mumbai - 400011, to consider and adopt the following: 1. To consider, approve and adopt the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2024. 2. Approval of the Draft Directors' Report and its annexures; 3. To fix the time, date, book closure and venue to convene of the 46th Annual General Meeting of the Company; 4. To approve the draft Notice of the 46th Annual General Meeting of the Company; 5. To appoint scrutinizer for E-voting at the 46th Annual General Meeting; | |
