Essel Propack Ltd (EPL) has informed BSE that it has fixed September 12, 2012 as the Record Date for the purpose to determine entitlement of shareholders of Ras Extrusions Ltd. pursuant to the Scheme of Amalgamation of Ras Extrusions Ltd. (REL) with Essel Propack Ltd. as per the Modified Scheme sanctioned by the Honorable BIFR. <br/><br/>- Upon the coming into effect of the Scheme, and in consideration for amalgamation of REL with EPL, EPL shall issue and allot shares to all the shareholders of REL in the following proportion:<br/><br/>10 (Ten) equity shares of Rs. 2/- (Rupees Two) each of EPL, credited as fully paid up for every 108 (One Hundred and Eight) equity shares of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten) each fully paid up of REL.
