| RASI ELECTRODES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/02/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve We wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to take place on MONDAY, the 12TH FEBRUARY 2024, at 2.00 P.M. to, inter alia, consider and take on record the following: 1. To approve the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended 31ST DECEMBER 2023 and matters incidental thereto. 2. To consider the recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee for re-appointment of Mr B Popatlal Kothari as MD & CEO for a further period as may be decided by the Board. 3. To take on record the completion of tenure of Independent Directors on 31st March 2024 and felicitate them. 4. To reconstitute the Committees of the Board as may be considered appropriate by the Board. 5. Any other matter with the permission of the Chair & Independent Directors. | |
