| We, vide our letter dated November 9, 2022, had intimated to the Stock Exchanges about the schedule of the Investor Conference Call on Friday, November 11, 2022 post Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2022 and future outlook of the Company's business. The Conference Call recordings have already been uploaded on the website of the Company and a link was provided vide our letter dated November 12, 2022. We, now enclose a copy of the Transcript of the Investor Conference Call which took place as scheduled. The said transcript is also being uploaded on the Company's website at www.ratnamani.com.
