| Dear Sirs/Madam, Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with Part A of Schedule III thereto, we wish to inform that : (I) Mrs. Anjali Rattan Nashier (DIN: 01942221) has been appointed as an additional director on the Board of the Company with effect from December 23, 2021. (II) Mrs. Namita (DIN: 08058824) has resigned from the office of director of the Company w.e.f closing business hours of December 23, 2021, citing person reasons. The Company places on record its appreciation for the contribution made by Mrs. Namita during her tenure as the director of the Company. The details required to be submitted to the Exchanges, in this regard, in terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 09.09.2015, are enclosed as an Annexure A.
