In continuation to our earlier intimation dated December 31, 2022, March 02, 2023 and April 01, 2023 and pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with Part A of Schedule III thereto, we would like to apprise that ADITYA BIRLA ARC LIMITED (ARC) acting in its capacity as the trustee of the ABARC-AST-002 TRUST, the debenture holder, holding inter - alia 1,96,500 Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of face value Rs. 1,00,000/- each (issued in December 2020), has amended the documents leading to modification in the date of redemption for the balance outstanding to May 31, 2023. Further, the Company has been servicing its debt along with applicable interest. The outstanding amount payable against these NCDs is approx. Rs.661.25 Crore as on May 15, 2023, for which the Company has signed a term sheet for availing a refinancing facility to repay.
