| With regard to captioned subject, we would like to inform you that following business has been transacted through Postal Ballot by e-voting process commenced on Saturday, Nov 18, 2023 at 9:00 A.M. (IST) and concluded on Sunday, Dec 17, 2023 at 5:00 P.M. (IST): 1.Change of name of the Company from "Raunaq EPC International Limited" to "Raunaq International Limited". 2.Alteration in MOA and AOA of the Company viz. wherever the name "Raunaq EPC International Limited" appears in MOA and AOA of the Co. be substituted with new name "Raunaq International Limited". The said business has been approved by the members of the Company by way of special resolution, date of passing special resolution being Dec 17, 2023 i.e. the last date of receiving assent/dissent of the members for the business being transacted. The voting results as per Reg 44 of the SEBI(LODR)Regulations, 2015 are being uploaded on the website of the Company, Stock Exchange and RTA. You are requested to take same on your records. | |
