In continuation of earlier communications and pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, this is to inform you that pursuant to the approval of members of the Company vide Special Resolution passed through Postal Ballot Process, the change of name of the Company from "Raunaq EPC International Limited" to "Raunaq International Limited" has been approved by the Registrar of Companies, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India. The fresh Certificate of Incorporation issued by MCA pursuant to such change of name is enclosed herewith. You are requested to kindly take the same on your records.
