Pursuant to the Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR), Regulations, 2015 ("the Regulations"), read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III to the Regulations, this is to inform that Mr. Rajiv Chandra Rastogi (DIN: 00035460) has tendered his resignation from the position of Non-Executive independent Director of the Company w.e.f. the close of the business hours on 05 October, 2025, due to his poor health and personal reasons.
The requisite details in accordance with Regulation 30 of the Regulations read with sub-para (7B) of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the Regulations and SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, is enclosed as Annexure-1.
The letter of resignation is enclosed as Annexure-2. Further, a separate confirmation letter confirming that there is no other material reason for his resignation other than stated in the resignation letter, enclosed as Annexure-3.
