Raunaq International Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/11/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended September 30, 2025.
Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform that 3/25-26 Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 14, 2025 inter-alia; to consider, approve and take on record the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended September 30, 2025.
Further to our letter dated September 26, 2025, this is to inform that in terms of the Code for Prevention of Insider Trading read with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in the shares of the Company for Promoters/Promoter Group/Directors/Key Managerial Personnel/Designated Persons/Connected Persons of the Company shall be closed till Sunday, November 16, 2025.
