This is to inform you in terms of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the Listing Regulations that a meeting of the Committee of Board of Directors of the Company was held today i.e. on January 21, 2021. The Committee of Directors at the said meeting has, inter alia, approved the Issue of Non-Convertible Debentures for an amount up to Rs. 200 Crore (Rupees Two Hundred Crore only) on Private Placement basis. <BR> <BR> The details as per SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015 for issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures are annexed herewith as Annexure A. <BR> <BR> The Meeting of Committee of Directors of the Company commenced at 11:30 A.M. and concluded at 12:05 P.M.<BR> <BR> Please take the above disclosure on record. <BR>
