This is further to our earlier letter dated December 25, 2021, vide which the Bank had informed you regarding the approval of the Board of Directors of the Bank for the appointment of Mr. Rajeev Ahuja (DIN 00003545) as interim Managing Director & CEO of the Bank subject to regulatory and other approvals. In this regard we wish to inform you that Reserve Bank of India (RBI) vide its letter no DOR. GOV. No. S 3219/08.49. 001/ 2021-22 dated December 29, 2021, has approved the appointment of Mr. Rajeev Ahuja as Interim Managing Director & CEO of the Bank for a period of three months with effect from December 25, 2021 or till the appointment of a regular MD & CEO, whichever is earlier.
