The Board in its meeting today has approved: 1. Re-appointment of Mr. Sandeep Baid as a whole-time director and Mr. Shantilal Baid as a Managing Director for a further period of 5 years. 2. Appointment of Mr. Priyam Sen as a non-executive Independent Director for a period of 5 years. 3. Noted that Mr. Sharad Kumar Bachhawat shall cease to be a non-executive Independent Director upon completion of his term as detailed in the enclosed.
