Dear Sir/Madam, Sub: Notice for Closure of Trading Window Pursuant to the Internal Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider-Trading framed by the Company under SEBI(Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended), the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed for all the Directors, designated persons and their immediate relatives as prescribed in the Schedule B of the regulations from 1st April, 2024 till 48 hours after the declaration of the audited financial results to the Stock Exchange for the Quarter and Year ending on 31st March, 2024.
